Union Minister of State for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Rajeev Chandrashekhar today agreed to be the Brand Ambassador of Patnitop for its promotion and development.The Minister interacted with the deputations of PRIs, students, and Hoteliers from Ramban, Patnitop, and Chenani at picturesque Patnitop on Tuesday.They discussed the various issues related to area development, tourism promotion, and availability of skill development in their areas. The Union Minister who was on a two-day visit to Ramban district also kick-started a sanitation drive at Patnitop under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav along with Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam, and CEO, Patnitop Development Authority, Thakur Sher Singh. Saying Skills are a passport to prosperity and opportunities, the Union Minister said, young Indians must equip themselves with skills in line with the evolving times in order to stay relevant for employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. The Minister concluded his visit and left for New Delhi on Tuesday.
