J&K: Function organised in Kupwara as part of National Celebration of 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose

As part of National Celebration of 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, a function was organized by District Administration at Handwara in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.President and Vice President Municipal Committee Handwara, local youth and a large number of children attended the function. A documentary on the life and achievements of Shri Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was screened at the occasion besides literature was also displayed.On the occasion, the representative of Ministry of Culture, Government of India threw light on the history of the leader and said it is a campaign of the Ministry which aims at disseminating the awareness about the achievements of the Netaji. Students also participated in the question-answer session with special focus on the life of Netaji.
