He said Congress cadres are completely frustrated due to the BJPs strong organisational structure and popularity of its leaders all across the nation.Congress President and MP Pratibha Singh has said as soon as Congress comes to power, it will remove the discrimination faced by the employees. She said the BJP government of the state has failed to address the problems of the people in the tribal areas.Addressing a gathering at Kaza in Lahaul Spiti on Friday, she said the previous Congress government had run special schemes for the development of tribal areas, but due to the neglect of the Present government, the people of this area could not get its full benefit.
