The five major Asian indices experienced gain today. Japan’s Nikkei gained 3.51 percent, South Korea’s Kospi increased 1.95 percent, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index gained 1.84 percent, Singapore’s Straits Times index added 1.11 percent and China’s Shanghai Composite Index marginally up by 0.07 percent.
Two out of three major European Indices were trading in positive territory today. Germany’s DAX gained 0.59 percent and France’s CAC 40 was trading up 0.21 percent. Conversely, London’s FTSE was trading down 0.4 percent, when reports last came in.
